Yes. Most teams connect more than one inbox (e.g. billing + receipts) and optionally add drive mirroring for a shared archive.
What file types are supported?
PDFs and common image formats (like photos of receipts).
What permissions do you need?
Enough to discover invoice documents in the connected source and bring them into your Clerko workspace for review and processing.
How do you avoid duplicates?
Vendors resend invoices and people forward things twice. Clerko is designed to flag likely duplicates so you can confirm before processing.
Can I disconnect anytime?
Yes. You can disconnect providers at any time.
